AccuPay Business Services is an independent business services firm in Chennai, India. Contact enquiries submitted through the website are stored privately, and we attempt an email notification to our official mailbox for follow-up. Career applications are also stored privately. We attempt to notify our official mailbox with the applicant details and resume; if the email notification is delayed, the submission remains available in the private owner portal.
What information is requested?
Contact enquiries may include your name, organisation, reply email, optional phone number, service interest and message. Career applications collect your name, email, phone, location, area of interest, experience, optional note and PDF or DOCX resume. Please do not send unrelated sensitive employee documents through the contact form.
How we use enquiries
We use contact enquiries to respond, scope services and prepare quotations. We use career applications to consider relevant opportunities and contact applicants. We do not publish resumes or send unrelated marketing messages based on these submissions.
Confidential documents
Career resumes are held in private site storage, with an owner-only review portal and attempted email notifications to info@accupaybusinessservices.com. You may request deletion of your career application by emailing that address. Avoid sending payroll files, identity documents or bank information through the general enquiry form.
Service terms
All services depend on an agreed statement of work, fees and applicable legal authorisations. No guarantee is made for government approvals or benefit claims. Pricing and delivery time will be agreed before work begins.
